well i am going to use the sr tranny for my sr swap and here is the question:

if you look at the first two pictures they are with the ka24de spline into the sr tranny. But there is the opening where the spline go in. Is that ok? or do i have to find another spline?

then here is the stock ka24de 5spd tranny with it stock spline and it fits perfectly so what do i do? First time doing a swap ever so yea.

Remove the metal ring from the KA tranny and replace the SR's rubber ring with it

You remove the metal ring with pliers and then bang it in with a piece of wood

oh foreal? lol i thought that black ring on the sr tranny and the metal ring on the ka can't be detach. Wow thanks man for a fast reply...

Or just throw it away. It's a dust shield, nothing more.
