Simple problem but i dunno how to find it.

when i was messing around with my boost guages' lamp wires both poles touched, and my headlioghts were on. so then i short circuited the guage cluster lights. problem is i dunno wher the heck the fuse is for that. please help

You have a boost gauge, and you are unable to locate a fuse? WTF?
There is a fusebox in the driver side footwell, and another 1 or 2 (depending upon chassis) in the engine compartment. The fuse you're looking for would be labeled 'Meter' or some such.
