^ did you not read any of what's installed?

With what's listed I'd say somewhere in the $4k-$6k range depending on how bad the paint is. If it's really discolored then consider giving it a fresh respray to raise the value.

I'd list for $5.5k and let it go as low as $4 with negotiating.
