WTB: Set of 16" Wheels (SOCAL)

I'm looking for a set of decent sized 4 lug 16" wheels. Possibly by 8 or 9 width, or 8/9 stagger. Prefferably without tires.

My price range is $200 - $400. Varying with or without tires.
