Please help! sr idling problems, cutting out.

So just got s13 blacktop sr swap done. And its not idling very well and cuts out when you get on the throttle.During the swap the E5 ecu that came with the motor set got fried. So i got a E6 and I was thinking that this could be the problem cuz the old ecu was tuned for the bigger injectors and this new one is stock. i timed it and its right on 15* but still seems like its running really lean. Anybody have an idea if this could be the problem???:rant2:

so youre running big injectors with no correction and its still lean @ idle? and dies when you give any gas?

does the pump sound weak when it primes? i would start there and work my way forward
