Exhaust manifold studs?

it turns out my SR20 is missing a couple exhaust manifold studs. i dont think they're broken off, they've actually come out. in either case how do i replace them? do they wind into the head? what tool/method do i use for this?

find or order a few from FRSport.com - Aftermarket Performance Parts (http://www.frsport.com) and yes they just screw into the block...

those enjuku racing ones look perfect! only problem is I'm in New Zealand and they don't seem to ship worldwide. shame considering how cheap they would be to ship as they are so small!

Dealership will carry them, new ones are a little better than your 15yr old studs anyway.
