Exhaust differences - easy question

What, if any, differences are there between the stock exhausts from an 89-90 240sx and a 91-94?

Are the cats in the same place?

Do they have the same flanges?

Are aftermarket downpipes (for the SR) interchangeable between the 89-90 and the 91-94?
