when you press in on the clutch have someone check if your slave moves at all? that way you at least know its a hydro issue. if not then it possible the clip on your TO bearing isnt on correctly, which may be causing the fork to have a entirely different angle. happened to me once.

the slave moves and it picks up pressure and then it loses it, this all happend befor i change everything i went to bleed the line on the slave and it just sucked the fluid and the pedal went down i dont know if it still has air i allready used 2 cans of brake fluid
