Ok so i just put in a new sr20det. I had one in earlier but it started to knock so I replaced it. Upon trying to start it i hear a Click from the starter everytime. I searched this and found that the sr starter was internally but i cant remember if there was anything on the starter tab when I removed it. I also read that there is a 12v wire that needs to be connected but I cant remember where, I believe this is that wire and might be the fix to my problem. I only have the thick ass black with red stripe wire connected to the starter. http://i160.photobucket.com/albums/t197/n240sxfnatic/DSC_8118.jpg

and i believe this is the speed sensor but the wire above looks like its to small to fit but they both have two wires where as the black with yellow stripe(ground?) only is one wire.

Any help or feedback would be appreciated?

put the black/yellow stripe wire to your starter! There should be a male connector on your starter and you just slip it on!

the other plug you showed is indeed the VSS (speed sensor). goes to the back of the tranny
