i already have an intake and exhaust...... what kind of performance gains can i expect with say the greddy header added to the mix??

if its a good combo like 10 hp i would think.. because nissan is bad when it comes to exhuast systems... they make them hella restrictive... take out your cat and get a high flow one... with the header... and get the cold air.. oh and get some like 330 fuel injectors... you will be moving then

speaking of headers and high flow cats... is it possible to get a hotshot header and a highflow cat with a flange that would meet a Cat-Back exhaust? I don't mind welding the Cat to the header, but I dont' want to have the exhaust welded.
