I just took off my dash which was destroyed from air bag being deployed.
Now Im looking at the airbag and see those 4 star bolts and Im wondering how I can remove these?

Your going to need a special tool to remove those screws.

Go to your local hardware store.

"tamper resistant torxs bit" is the name I believe.

Just for future reference, torx and "tamper proof" torx are different.
The tamper proof bits have the center hole.
The tamper proof screws/bolts have that metal "nipple" in the center to keep flat head screwdrivers(and the such) from being used.
Usually used on ignitions, airbags, ect.
Places where theft deterrent is needed.
