What's the best fuel pressure regulator for a KA24DET with a 300zx fuel pump installed?

If you are looking for standard 1:1 ratio, the SX unit is very affordable, looks good, and very reliable.

I think he is looking for a rising rate FPR to compensate for boost. In that case I don't recommend those for turbo applications. Both Vortech and Cometch make units for universal applications. Just abou any brand should do the job. This method will work for low boost applications < 7psi is what I would feel safe up to. But the 270cc injectors in the KA will max out soon after that. If you are looking at any thing more than about 210hp to the wheels I would look in to bigger injectors and either a JWT ecu or at least an SAFC.

Well, I actually have370cc injectors, a JWT turbo ECU, and the SAFC.  It's just that someone recommended I get a pressure regulator to safeguard against fuel pressure spikes under various boost.
