installing s14 rucas

:wtf: :wtf: okay, so i just bought some poweredbymax version II rucas and was trying to put them on yesterday.. apparently i came into a stump when i tried removing the factory rucas.. how do i remove the washer when it doesn't even have a groove to slip out from the bolt.?? could somebody please help me.?

You have to wiggle that washer around on the eccentric bolt, IIRC.

Just keep messing with it, don't go all he man and it will come off.

the washer should be notched. u sure you dont see it? should align with the bolt and come off.

yeah i know what you mean.. that's the weird part, i didn't see any notches on the washer.. i'll try looking again.

It's very possible whoever did an alignment overtightened it, spinning the washer, grinding down the notch a bit, and jamming it into the bolt. If that's the case you'll need to hammer the bolt out or cut the end off. I've seen that numerous times before.
