I need the ring that the shifter boot attaches to so I don't have a gap as seen @ the top of the boot pic

are you taking aout the rectangualr black plastic piece the boot wraps around and then is clipped to the shifter panel by little circular locing rings? i have one. email me @ [email protected]

do you have the automatic insert? you can just trim that..Thats what I did.. I just cut a little tapper on the top outer edge, so the shift boot has room when its screwed in.

I couldnt find one when i needed one...so i just made do with what i had.

He's not talking about the piece that attached to the radio bezel. it's a circular plastic piece with a metal clip that grasps the boot. It makes everything look a heck of a lot better.

If I come across one the junkyard I'll hook you up with it. I know it took awhile to find mine too.
