question about apexi S-afc

Anyone have any idea about it? is it any good for the price? will it be worthless if i use the blitz power meter id and the sbc-id II for the SR in the future? any help will be appreciate.

YES the s-afc is DEFINATELY WORTH IT. it will smooth your powerband on the KA and the SR as well as set you up for a z32 maf on the SR if you so desire. definately worth! first mod i would do! (btw, i have one)

the obx bar is useless.

the ST look in the archive forum for "spring rates" thread..has ALL the different companies.

and the about the s-afc, i think i'm gonna get one soon &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'> can i get better gas mileage from it though? is it easy to do it myself? or i should i take it to a shop and let them install and set it up(is it easy to use?) for me? thanks for looking

btw, i checked the archive section, and found out that it doesn't have the info of the ST-spring for S14, but S13 instead. just wondering will it be the same for the S14 or slightly difference?

install it yourself. you can get the wiring diagram off Apex USA website.
might take to shop to dynotune because if you screw up you blow up (run too lean) your engine.
yeah you should see improvement in gas mileage

thanks for the info dousan 36 and boosteds 14. I think i will get one s-afc soon(because my gas mileage is so bad right now, like 19/ga something like that:crazy: , which is pretty bad), and let the shop do all the thing if the price is right(too lazy to do it <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/devil.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':devil:'> ) btw, the RS*R springs is right on my budget, but since i'll soon get my ST-springs(for 85shipped from ebay:laugh: ) , i think i have to pass on that (sh**, i should wait a bit b4 to get that spring:cry: )
