Tires '89- 240sx

what are the specs(im not greatly familiar with the meaning of the measuremests w/tires) of the . widest tires i can get to wrap around my stock 15" rims/hubcaps/whatver.? for now, i only want the two rear ones, and id like to not go over 100 bucks, for just these two rear ones. what do you guys/girls think are my best possibilities?

if anyone can reccommend good brands or sizes id greatly appreciate it. thx.

if someone can maybe just tell my the max size i can put on my stock 240, thats really all i need.

i WOULD NOT go higher then 205/60/15
you can run a 215, or 225 but thats REALLY pushing it.
205/60 is perfectly safe and works well.
if you want to go wider, get wider wheels.


bigger isnt better.
