Well, I've got a 5 lug conversion and front brakes off an S15 Spec R including the BMC. The brakes are iron 30 mm pretty much identical to the Z32 ones, but the rear brakes as I understood were the same for s13, s14, and the S15.

I wanted to get the S15 BMC because I figured it would be a step up from stock and would help out when swapping to the bigger brakes. Now I'm wondering if installing the thing is even possible. The lines connect on the opposite side and I only see fittings for two lines rather than 3 like on the stock s13 BMC.

Anyone have any idea if I can actually run it or not? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

stock S13 is fine, if you have an S13 Auto BMC works great
If not get one off a Z31

Yeah, my car used to be auto before. Are there actually differences between the auto and manual BMCs?

I'd still like to know if I'd be able to run the S15 one though.

Auto has a bigger bore size close to the Z32 BMC but with a better Bias for the S13.

Im running a Manual BMC with my R-33 calipers stops on a dime

What would be the next step up from the Auto BMC? Or would it be best to stay with the Auto one because of the bias? Just curious.

the Auto BMC is pretty much the best/easiest choice,
You can use the 300ZX BMC but you have to modify it.

its RHD
you have to modify or make new lines to make it work
unless your car is already RHD.

id get a new Z32 and be done
life is easy.

^ Pretty much what I'm thinking of doing and just throwing the S15 one on eBay.

For the moment I'll just stick to the stock auto one seeing that's it's pretty beefy according to Sileighy_85. Then I'll just buy the Z32 one.

Make custom braided lines. 2 ports = ABS. I'm not sure if you can mod the S15 BMC to insert a 3rd port.

I would sell and do Z32 as well.
