Does this happen to anybody? I just noticed today while swapping tie rods between two cars, that on one side the tie rod hits the LCA at full lock.

On my white(normal rack) car, this was the driver's side and on my red (hicas rack) car it was the passenger side.

White car has tein's and the red car has stock tie rods.

Maybe my rack is off center ?

When the wheels are straight, the steering wheel is mega crooked.

Used to be like that but not as bad.

I'll look into it tomorrow when I align the car.

mine does that with the tien inner/outers too.... It would go farther but the tie rod hits the LCA and thats as far as she'll go..... funny i just noticed that the otehr day when i was puttin on some drilled/slotted rotors and HAWK pads.... you could modify your front subframe to set the rack back farther so that the rods will be straight (will go even farther that way) and itll take more to hit the LCA if it even does at all.....

Ya, the funny thing is both my cars do it on opposite sides, with stock and with tein as well.
