since you have the broken parts, someone can simply weld it up, and build up the missing areas with filler then grind it down

but depending on who you goto the repair may cost as much as a new intercooler

3rd core??? How bout you start taking driving class first before you waste money on another core that youll more than likely re-introduce to the curb?!?! Dont get pissed off at the curb if you dont know how to fucking park...
