as the title says, the brake lights on my 90 s13 are stuck on at all times. would this be a problem with the switch on the brake pedal or a blown fuse/relay?

The little plastic stopper in the pedal assembly breaks / falls out / gets stolen by underpants gnomes...???...then the switch cannot be depressed = Brake lights never go off.

Tape a penny over the place where the stopper used to be, or find some other creative way to make sure the switch is depressed when your foot is off the pedal.

They sell a pack of universal rubber stoppers at autozone. They should be by the bolts on a swivel rack. I have had to do this on several older cars. It might need some trimming, but between the two different styles, one of them should work.
