Standalone Help!!!

[C-unit]

I am going standalone for my build and I have some questions. I am looking to get a Tomei Reytec, it is a brand new never been used but it has a based map for the following:
std displacement
std compression ratio
550cc injectors
ARMS B7652 turbo
poncam
F/P Bigger displacment

I dont really understand what Bigger F/P.

Now here are my questions, will this competitable with my set up after Retune??
Tomei HG - 1.2mm
Tomei poncams
GT3076R
850cc injectors

Also, I am planing to run stock boost (7psi) for now. If I am going to boost up to 20psi later, Do I need to retune it???

Anyone using Tomei reytec, I would appreciate your input.
