alright i just bought a BC from this guy. i went on the turboXS site to see install. hook up everything. i was thinking if this BC will work on a stock T25 SR? its a Dual Stage BC with a switch. i hook it up from the wastegate to BC then into the intake vacuum line hose. it keeps boosting at 15.....boost leak?

if this is a manual boost controller you need need to turn the dial so that its the internal gate is closed. then turn about 1 turn and loosen from there. the lesser the amount of air passing the more boost you will run. looser means less boost and vise versa.

yeah its a manual boost controller. i follow what turboXS instruction told me to do and it seems not to work for me. i turn the boost all the way down then turn 5 or 6 to add boost for the first stage. the second stage i closed it. i want to run the first stage first to see if i hook it up right. ill post pic and show you how i hook it up. tell me whats right and wrong.

Turn the adjuster screw on the first stage (the blue thing closest to the vacume lines) counter clockwise until the boost comes down. The adjuster screw is down in the hole on top of the blue part, the controller should have come w/allen keys.

...or do you want more boost, in that case turn the adjuster clockwise till it goes up. You may not see much more boost on a little T25.

i close both of them all the way down. i turn 4 or 5 turns on the first blue one and test it. it goes 13-15psi....the second blue one is close down.

Looks like your black vacuum hose is attached to the bottom nipple on your intake. Thats wrong, attach it to a top one. The bottom one doesnt see boost, just vacuum iirc.

so should i just switch them? the red hose is connect to BOV, Boost gauge! the black hose is connect to boost controller into wastegate.

No, you wanna cap off the bottom one, its for the stock carbon canister and doesn't do any good other than that. Ideally you want a nipple on the hot side of your intercooler for the waste gate, then use the top ones on the intake mani for BOV, gauge, FPR, etc. You just gotta use T's unfortunately.

You can get a nipple welded onto your hotpipe near the turbo or get one of these quicktaps (link below) and stick it in the coupler coming off the turbo and run that line to your MBC --> Wastegate

Temporarily, you can pretty much T into either top line, but adding a nipple to the hotside is the best way.
