90 s13 need dist setup help after guide chain fix

was doing my guide&chain replacement and am now stuck on how to setup my dist need help if it good to go or not

should dist timing be in the middle??

cap on dist see where it at full retarded timing (i think) but it pointing on cap one

it doesnt say if it ok if the timing is onn full retarded timing everything is there cams is in the middle and crank pully is on bdc chain is on the right place with the dimple on the cams
