VIN number info....?

Just curious if anyone knows if there is a specific number in the VIN on 240s that classifies whether or not thje car came with VSD or ABS, or both. Prolly not but thought I'd ask.

Just trying to get info that'll help when buying a car as far as options at time of build. Since these cars are getting so old, alot of them are frankensteined at this point beyond OEM identity.

There is a way. If you want to know if it came with a VLSD and ABS stock then at the end there is something like -B-- or something it has to do with that part that's not really the VIN number, but on the plate located on the firewall. I'll try looking around for it again.

that website will also answer any questions you may have wondered about an 240's VIN. Took 2 secs of searching on google.
