View Full Version : Bore/Stroke Kit for KA or SR?

Anyone know of a vendor that sells a bore/stroke kit for the KA24 or SR20?  I really want my engine to be unique, so I was thinking "KA26DET" or "SR22DET".

Digital Racer sells the JUN 2.2L stroke kit for the sr.  Check out there website.

what he means is that many people believe/know the ka24 is really just a 2.0L engine that is overbored from the factory. &nbsp;it is bored out so far as it is that it isnt safe to bore the stock head out anymore than it is(unless the bore is extremely minimal).

yeah you cant bore it out but you could get some kind of stroker kit for it shorten the con. rod that would raise your displacement...I dont know of anyone who sells them it would most likely have to be all custom parts..

Toda also offers a 2.2L SR stroker kit.

i asked this already..from wat i was told..the KA is bored out as much as it can be from the factory..so no KA25 or KA26..correct me if im wrong

Toda has a kit for the SR to make it 2.2 i think
