I currently live in Denver, Colorado ... but ... I'm planning to move to Seattle, Washington at the end of this year. I plan on taking a loan of 20-25k to build a buff as #### Silvia, and I'm not sure if cars are forced to pass emissions tests in Washington like they are in Colorado. If there is no emissions than that's great, but if they do have to pass an emissions test ... how would I get past it?

Just called my friend in Seattle.  He wasn't home, but I left a message.  I'll post when I find out if someone else doesn't fill ya in first.

I live in Olympia, which is in Thurston County, and we don't have any emissions down here. It's about 1 hour drive from Seattle, so if it turns out that Seattle which is King county has them, you can just register your car in Thurston county. If your plan works out, with that much money into a 240, it should be pretty sweet. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>
