you know, im not really a big fan of the looks of the R34 as much as i am of the R33. it seems real chunky to me, looks too long, especially with that big rear fender bulge, i donno. the R33 was actually the biggest of the 3, and the R34 was a evolution of the R32 instead of the R33. I always thought that Tommy Kaira's came with the "tommy kaira" pinstripe through the side of the body... The wheels are definitely TK's tho. &nbsp;

I wouldn't brush that comment off. Even Nissan designers/techs/skyline gurus admit that the R33 was, to an extent, a failure. It was an "evolution" of the Laurel chassis.
Despite that fact though, I think the R33 looks better than the R34 and R32 as well. They're just so sexy. The R32 follows closely behind, and the R34... well, it's comparatively ugly. I think most designers/developers/lovers of the skyline GTR will all agree that the R32 and 34 are a close match in terms of performance, and R33 lag behind in most aspects (except styling).

Many of you who've only seen the R34 recently in mags and videos and online only think it's so sexy because it's the first impression of a skyline that you've had. If you've been around to see the R32, 33 and 34, you might think differently, too. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'> It seems like us non-US natives find the 32 and 33 sexier.

I just remember a couple of times when I watch some videos from racers in Asia, and when they were asked to say their favorite cars, they always say "R32 and R34" and a bunch of other cars. &nbsp;I never understood why they don't like the R33.

Umm....NO. &nbsp;Same car. &nbsp;Are you maybe referring to the Mini Cooper that was produced for over 40 years (that stopped being imported to the US in like 1965 or something)? &nbsp;Or the new one? &nbsp;Cuz it's the same worldwide.

well i just got back from lunch and scavenged the parking lot by the boston market...no skyline to be seen, i need to download my friend calling me and the voicemail he left when he saw it for me to come meet him, he was flipping out, hes a teg driver and thought at first it was a civic with conversion, but then noticed the tk rims and the exaust, the interior was black with red pinstriping, had the tk steering wheel too, no pinstripes though, maybe he bought aftermarket sheit.

i will get a pic if i have to search everyday, &nbsp;didnt think about getting his license plate to have my friend do a search and see where he lives, oh well, maybe ill get lucky again

I used to be an active member of www.twinturbo.net and they always talk about how ugly the Supras are in comparisson to Z32s.. i personally find the Z car to be bloody ugly with those screwed up tailights and funny looking body.. I think both supras and 300zxs are ugly. -_- The Z has ugly headlights and a silly looking, fat body shape... the Supra has fat, bug-eyed headlights that look terrible, and tails that can only ever look up to the newer FD and Kouki FC tails. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sly.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':sly:'> The supra also looks terribly meaty and heavy. It's overweight whereas the Z just doesn't look good.

I'm growing less and less fond of the S15. I've never been a fan of S14s, especially not shark-eyes. that's also ugly (in my eyes) ... what I find sexy are RPS13s and the Masamotorsports one-via S15. That was a sexy beast.
Mazda RX7 will always be near the top of my sexy-car lists, too. Most notably FD and FC, i'm not a big fan of the SA.

Most of you will disagree with this last comment of mine, but I also find the BMW M coupe to be irresistably sexy. I just wanna jump on a rim and hump-- Okkkayyyyy Enough of that. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sigh.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':rolleyes:'> I digress.

supposedly, the EVO VIII is going to have around 250hp, and a price tag under 30k, so it can compete with the WRX and i geuss 350Z. &nbsp;it depends on just how much under, and what my finances are like in a year, i just may be able to get one.

im not sure about EVO V's being imported, i know a few poeple on that board that have them, and i know that http://www.evolutionimports.com sells EVO VII's that are us street legal for 39,000...the EVO VIII is supposed to arrive Jan 03 i've heard.

I agree with the Supra part, but I find the Z to be real sleek looking, and I love it. The only thing I don't like is the front bumper, but I have never really seen any bumpers better than stock.

I also don't like the Skyline R34, but the power and capabilities outshine the cars looks. R32 looks the best to me, prolly cuz it looks like an S13 coupe, and R33 is sweet too, but loses points becuase it is the slowest of the 3.


Anyway, I wish we had nice cars like that around here, I have seen our one R34, and heard of an R33 and an R32, bastards are so hard to track down and never come to out meets <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':('>
