ca18det fuel pump question

Okay so I keep reading you need a new fuel pump and nah ya don't need a new one, I'm running a ca18det I only have a FMIC, turbo back exhaust and I'm running stock boost. Now i'm not planning on adding anymore power for another year or so... but anyway, do I need to upgrade the pump w/ this set up or can I wait till I start getting into real power? I'd rather put the money else where in the car for now but I don't wanna stress the pump out. Anyone know if the 89-90 KAs ran the same pump as the s13s in japan 89-90?

yes same fuel pump, i have a 89 ca 180sx and the walboro gss341 pump and install kit 400-766 fit the same as a usdm s13

so there like both pumps pump out the same fuel pressure or flow.. or w/e I don't know how you really rate pumps
