heads up display!!

so i was putting on my heads up display and i put it on with the then i was gonna put on the tack so i was looking at the connection and none of them were the same. i came to the conclusion that i was goona have to buy the new harness. so i put back my origal tack and everything seemed cool i turned on the car rpms heat level voltage and gas works.
but now my stereo wont go on and all the lights in the car wont turn on! i put the face of my stereo on and it goes bannanas! haha and it will flash like crashy and my tack tells me the doors are open any ideas?
the car is a 1990 240sx was auto to begin with previous owner made it manuel 5spd. any ideas?
i dont want to drive it im afriad its gonna turn off on me.

#1. You need the Sub-Harness for the Digital Cluster and HUD.

#2. Sounds like you screwed up some wires while you were playing around in the dash.

Yup i swapped out clusters yesterday and same thing happened to me.

now my seet belt wont let me out unless the key is in the on thing.
but if it blew wouldnt that make my stereo not twich if i lost power it should just not turn on.???
