Thanks for the help guys! FYI this is my 1st time installing a turbo timer. I'm pretty sure i have the main stuff down, just want a reassurance i'm doing it the right way. I have 2 questions to ask you guys, the 1st is i know one of these wires is the ground(black) but is the other one for the ebrake?, and secondly, am i plugging in the harness to the right spot? Thanks!

I'm not to sure the model because it came on my clip i purchased, but it's an FET 030 i believe. I was sooo close to having it done! One thing stopped me in my tracks tho. I tried to see if it would still work without having this plugged in and it doesnt. Any suggestions?

Yeah i did, i guess i didn't examine this part thoroughly. Any suggestions on what i could possibly do? I hope i don't have to give up now, im soo close! :D

well what I would do is look thoroughly at the s14 clips steering column. I have an s14 s14 and I also have a TT and have had no install issues.

the only other thing I can suggest is to use the stock ignition harness on the column and splice it to the after market one, or buy anew TT they are not expensive.

Haha, thing is i just sold my clip about 3 days ago. So i can't go out there and examine it! :[. Yeah i know they arent THAT expensive, im just a poor college student. Thanks for your help, i really appreciate it.

I'm not sure if there's a huge difference between the s13 ignition plug and the s14 one but where I hooked my harness up is a tad farther down the column and not right exactly beside the ignition. Does the harness that originally hooks into the ignition go farther down before it ends.. Check that out. If not, you might have the wrong harness. But when I installed my TT it was a bit down the column. Just a suggestion.

I'll check that out right now! THANKS! :D.

But on your s13 setup did it still have connectors where i'm trying to install my tt to?

D: I just checked. There aren't any connectors like these down the column! It was a great suggestion tho! Thanks for your help! Is the problem that this harness is set up for the Japanese s14 therefore missing the connector i need?

I dont think so because I have the same ignition as you and I run an apexi timer with the hks harness made for the jdm s14

Hmmm...Thats really odd. I don't see why it wont work then. :| So could i possibly use another harness on this TT?

that can be the case, although ive never heard of that issue, but you can always buy a new TT harness. they run about $15 for an HKS or blitz and are specific for s13,s14

Hmmm....So would these actually fit my TT since its neither a Blitz nor a HKS nor a Greddy! :X If it does i'll purchase one! I really appreciate the patience/help guys.

looks like you got a wrong harness mine has a lil clip where yours doesnt have one. you might have to just hot wire it then.

Well i guess i could, but i don't know where to wire it too. If that make sense. If i can't get any help i guess i'll just buy that universal one from Phase2. I really hate spending money, but i guess it's better than doing a ghetto job.

you can buy one from e-ghey for like $20 shipped and it should plug right in. im using an hks harness. either that or splice that wire that should connect to the other wire and see it that works.

just solder the wires and hardwire it. thats what i did

oh and your picture is wrong. that wire should connect to the one i circled. try and splice the wires that connect to those and see if that works.
