I ran into an interesting problem while taking apart my suspension (stock) tonight... On the front driver's side, I took everything off w/out a spring compressor (when jacked the car up and took the wheel off, it was loose)... however, on the front passenger side though, I took off the wheel, and though the wheel/brake/susp. did fall down, it wasn't loose like the drivers side, and it looks like I'm going to have to use a spring compressor after all.
Is there any reason why my driver's side was so easy for me? Is there some sort of secret to taking susp. off without a spring compressor, or was my driver's side susp. just "fucked up"? <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'>
