Alright well heres the deal. I had my car lowered on some nasty cut springs and I want to put some a oem strut/spring combo on. The car was aligned with the cut springs. What will I have to do to put the stock suspension back on? Just bolt them back up, will everything align still?

It's so hard to match the knuckle to the strut bolts. :(

Well, if the prior owner wasn't able to afford to lower the car propperly, chances are they were too poor to align it.

Whenever you raise/lower a car, camber and toe change.

To answer your question, yes, you will/should align your car.

The bump steer is ridiculous... the springs are dancing around the strut.

Even if you put the stock suspension back in the car ill put my money on it that they wont be able to get it back to the factory alignment specs, stupid bushings are worn and that silly washer on the RUCA arm gets outa place and most alignment shops are to lazy/dumb to fix it. so chances are your doomed to a slow and painful death.

People bitch about bumpsteer WAY too much. Let alone describe how it it caused or reacts.
