Does anyone have a lead on where to get a good price on a new set of factory floor mats for a '97 240sx, black?

I just checked at the nissan Parts dept at my local Nissan Dealership for my 91 hb.  They said they were $71 for all 4.  I thought that was a decent price.

Holy darn! $71 for stock floormats!  I got a set of nice, clip-in floor mats for my GTi (made to fit) that have a 2-year guarantee and red stitched "GTI" logo for $65... at the dealership!
I wouldn't pay more than maybe $50 for stock mats.
OTOH if you had an S13 I'd gladly sell mine (used but pretty good condition) for a measly 5 bucks. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sly.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':sly:'> &nbsp;any takers?

okay the 240sx's have a stitched 240sx logo on them as well...and there only $6 more than your GTI floor mats. &nbsp; Why is $71 so much worse than $65?

because they're stock! <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'> And 10 years old!
I just can't justify spending $70 on a set of stock mats... if they were nismo mats from the dealer, sure, but stock mats? I'd just run w/out them and put the $70 towards sway bars or something more 'useful'.
That, and you could probably get "aftermarket" mats for less than $50/set.

edit: our floor mats have "240sx" stitched into them?? Mine don't! &nbsp;... actually... I don't think the mats I have in mine are stock anymore. They're probably $10 generic ones... no wonder the don't fit properly! &nbsp;<slaps forehead>..

Floor Mats were $79.99 on the original window sticker from when the car was new, see attached. &nbsp;I can get them locally for $75 but to me that just means 6 1/4 % off full retail. &nbsp;$71 is about 11% off but then i would have to pay shipping. &nbsp;I replaced the nice factory mats in my MR2 for $45

I have not really spent any time on this board but is there a dealer who is "board friendly" ?

thanks,
John
