will a sr20det ecu work on a kat . as in subbing the ka ecu for a sr ecu so that it will send the right amount of fuel and do every thing that a turbo ecu should do. just curious.

No. &nbsp;The SR20DET has a distributorless ignition system. &nbsp;The KA has an electronic distributor that requires ECU input. &nbsp;The SR20DET cannot control the KA distributor.

Even if it would work, the fuel maps wouldn't be correct and the rev limit would be too high.
