A friend received these instead of the 4 lug s13 rotors that he ordered. Company would not refund the money, so I'm trying to help him out.

BTW, these are five lug.

measure thickness of rotor, for a start. that will help with NA or TT. you really are not post enough info for us to really help you. All I can tell by that pic is that its a aftermarket brake rotor

post what company this was so others dont buy from a company that wont fix thier mistakes.(if it is someplace other then irotors) Why won't they fix problem?

and they apparently fit Integra Type-R:
