Is there any super high temp couplers that anyone knows about. Ive burned through three couplers from my turbo to hotpipe due to my tubular manifold.

We had the same problem. I had extra header wrap laying around and wrapped it around the coupler, doesn't look the prettiest but it has held up for quite a few races now. There was a company that we used to deal with that had Nomex Airmid couplers that worked pretty well in high heat applications, but that company is no longer around.

Try www.ormebrothers.com (http://www.ormebrothers.com), they have good silcone couplers, i replaced the greddy hotpipe & front mount couplers on my brothers s13, and theyve been good for 2 years now. good luck.

Your best bet is heat sheilds IMO. I had the same problem and used a heat shield off an F18 (USMC fighter plane) and it worked great. I still have it, and will sell it to you.

And i highly recommend the T-bolt clamps if you havent already got em.

Oh, and that manifold blanket

Happened to me too, clocking the turbo away from the manifold did the trick.
