AHAHAHAHAAH what a weekend.

1. Slam into haybales and smash other quarter panel as well as rip out my tail light. Destroy rear bumper.
2. Qualify 6th and break 3rd gear on first run of top 16.
3. Hang out with mickey and get stupid drunk. (Mickey and his buddies are super fun to hang with. I'm definitely going back for more carne asada and beer. Not to mention, he's got cute friends who happened to be 18.)
4. Hung over as hell the next morning and instruct all day while getting sunburned really badly.

Awesome weekend if I may so myself. Not even being sarcastic. I'm so glad I broke the tranny at this event rather than HTM at ASB.

Pattycakes drove like a real man cuz he has a real car now. Forest laid down the most gangster initiation I have ever seen at balcony. John R was flying faster than a bat out of hell front locking like mad on transition. Charlie killed a haybale. Mattycakes came back to JD finally and killed it as expected. Mickie destroyed a haybale on his wheel and managed to keep his kit in one piece after following too close to henry when he misshifted. Yoshie made top 8. Carluch came out and made top 16 at first drift event with VQ.

Good times all around. Can't wait to see Annie's footage.

Big thanks to Flybert for helping out on Sunday the day after the competition when he could have easily been at home relaxing or fixing his car but instead chose to Instruct the beginners, :bigok:
