i need to know of a place where i can get a new cyclinder head and intake mainfold for the a 93 240.

A new new one is going to cost you mucho bucks (i would guess any way since nothing at the stealership has ever been cheap, except my brake washers).  Check the for sale section as people are often selling entire engines for $500.  You could buy that, keep the head and probably part the rest out end almost break even.  Otherwise visit a junkyard or car-part.com and look for a decent setup.
