You didn't specify S13 or S14, but this is from the S14 SR20 service manual. Hope it give you an idea of what's going on under there...

Yea its a S13 SR in a S14

Thanks for the pic, very helpfull. I've had it all apart but I don't have any of those cooling lines and I'm looking to get some and hook them up.. they were probably removed and plugged at one point.

Is that Manual availible online for download?

the s13sr hard line, coolant inlet to the turbo runs behind the block (by the firewall) into a rubber line. It's a huge PITA to fix if the rubber line splits. Ask me how I know. :(

S13 SR coolant line setup is stupid. Just get an S14 SR water neck outlet and set it up like an S14. WestcoJustin stocks them and sells them for cheap.

^^^ Troof. Either go S14 style (the S14 water neck is better anyway) or get SS lines. Getting those hardlines to line up perfectly is way too much of a hassle.

It took me 1.5 hrs to remove my manifold and turbo. Took me about 5 hrs to get the fucking lines connected and tight enough to the point where they didn't leak. Fuck the hardlines. Buy Taka turbo lines.. Good price, and a shitload less hassle.

I just purchased a water neck from Mynismo for 76 shipped. He claims to have 1 more in stock.
