Ok i just wanna know if a 15x7 wheel with a +40 offset will rub or not? And how flush will they be? Also can i fit this wheel on 195's???

they will not rub, and yes you can fit 195s on them. +40 will make them somewhat 'hidden' in your wheel well, meaning they won't be flush with the body panels. That's normal though.

Thanx for the response.  Will 15x6.5 +35 offset be more flush than the 15x7 +40 or no??

Do a search for offset.  You'll find lots of info and links that will answer much more than I could hope to in a single post,

In answer to your question though, YES, +35mm will be 5mm more flush than a +40mm wheel of the same width.  Stock S13 wheels are 15x6 +40mm so just going to a 7" wheel will make them .5" more "flush."  

As for the tire fitment, that answer is MAYBE.  Look up the specs on the manufacturers website or the tirerack for that tire under recomended wheel sizes.  My guess is they will most likey work, but I can't say for sure.  

Just so you know I'm running 225/45/16's on 16x7" wheels with a +40 offest without any clearance issues.
