my car started to act like its going to start overheating and i popped off the radiator cap and this tiny tiny bit of white smoke came out and that was it then i let it cool and started the car again and no white smoke. Is this a bad sign? i just replaced the thermostat a few months ago.
Also i checked the reservoir tank and there is a brownish liquid in there but the coolant i use is greenish....that normal?
thanks for the help

check your oil. could just be a rusty radiator inside.

White smoke - most likely coolant dripping from the cap hitting the hot radiator and evaporating. No need for worry imo.
Gunk in reservoir - you must be new to 240s.

There could be rust in the cooling system. That's what happened to my S13 when the previous owner let the stock rad rust out.

I thought brown coolant in reservoir tank means somewhere is leaking and the coolant get mixed with engine oil....no?

Don't just drain it, buy a flushing kit. That way you get all of the bad crap out.
