DRIFT x BATTLE never stops providing things for the drivers and supporters. We are proud to announce our new partnership with Dunlop Tires, Nitro2Go and Angry Guy Studios. The three partnerships we have established are all for our drivers, supporters and the drifting community in the Northern California…
It is an awesome opportunity for us to work with a Dunlop Tires. With the popularity of drifting sweeping in the Bay Area, Dunlop will provide our NASCAR Demo Drivers tires as well as a set for our podium finishers.
“A common misconception is that drifters want slippery, gooey low-traction tires. Grip with reliable control even at severe slip angles is of huge importance.”� said Justin Fort, Drift Coordinator for Dunlop Tires.
Many ultra-performance tires have high grip, but control capability can fall off drastically beyond maximum cornering ability.

Angry Guy Studios is a company based in San Francisco, CA. AG Studios was ran by 2 people printing silk screen t-shirt inside their small garage. The concept behing ‘Angy Guy’ was based on the fast that they are self-taught artist without any formal art training. Without any formal art training or art degrees, They weren’t given any opportunities in the art industry. Their portfolios weren’t considered and were often tossed aside without even being reviewed. As their lives didn’t allow for them to obtain art degrees or take any art classes due to their financial situations and lack of time, frustration grew. It was then decided that they were to give theirselves the opportunity to start there careers as artists. Angry Guy Art Studios was then founded by Jeff Alcairo and Steve Alcairo in San Francisco, CA in 2002. Since it was founded under these circumstances, we felt that we were ‘angry‘ so it was then decided that the art studio was to be named.
With the growth of their company in the last couple of years AG Studios wants to give back to the community of drifters and supporters in Northern California, After all AG Studios are drifters. They will be providing DRIFT x BATTLE staff uniforms and driver apparel throughout the 2007 DRIFT x BATTLE season.
We are very pleased to work with these three companies and are glad that they are willing to provide our amateur drivers with help to grow within the drifting community.
