My KA24E has been dead since fall, finally getting thing rolling on getting the car on the road. I've sourced rebuild kits for as low as $300, but I would rather drop a KA24DE in it, and I just saw a low mile Altima motor for around $600. These will match up to 89 240 right? Obviously some things will need to move around the engine bay, and a matching ecu/harness will need to be put in.
With motor+shipping+install I would be spending about the same as rebuilding my single cam, but have something a little more upgradeable.
