have 91 240sx hatch with s13 sr20

what color is the wire for speed and tach

The same as every other Schassis. A simple google search would have yielded all that and more.

VSS - yellow/green
Tach - yellow/red

is the yellow wir supposed to have green or red in it? or is that the color of the second wire below it?

You're not serious.

Yellow/green = yellow with a green stripe.
