sard FPR inlet/outlet

I bought a Sard FPR, and want to make sure i have it hooked up correctly. The nipple on the side is coming off of the return line of the SR with an adpater where the old FPR was, and the Top nipple connects to the return hose going back to the fuel tank. Is this correct?

There is 4 holes total...

The Top is Vacuum
Sides are Feed Out (one can be used for Gauge)
Bottom is Feed In
