hi there!!!

i have a problem with my cluster's diff light

i explain it:

when you push contact ON,this light is brightling,to indicate that the light is working

so when the diff is empty, this light must bright(and it does)

ok,why the light is not brightling when i push Ignition ON??

i've tested the relay near the fuse box,on the left side panel, shuntted it,and the light works, but when i'm putting ignition ON,it doesn't

WTF??

thx

sorry no picture

so,when you put ignition ON,all red light are ON too at the bottom of the dash, all right?

even the diff' oil light, mine is not working, but it work when i pull the concerned harness directly to the battery (+ and - )

i've tested the relay concerned about this function, and it seems to work

my question was>>did somebody had the same problem?

thx

Only in the UK, they have a pump/cooler assembly that comes on at speed or when diff fluid reaches temps.

UK FSM has it all (same as the JDM one I think). The pump and cooler assembly are mounted to the rear framerail, passenger side (our passenger), and the cover has two ports for in/out. Two relays sit in the trunk, also passenger side, one trips the pump when the temp switch (also on the cover) reads hot, the other is fed from the VSS and kicks on at 80MPH. Pretty cool setup but you can buy a Greddy finned cover for the same price and bolt it on in three minutes.

greddy is S14 only tho, no good for my S13 :(
Pg 428 in the FSM shows it nicely.

Thanks
