i currently have an s14 t28 with stainless steel lines. the inlet on the turbo of the stainless steel line that i have has a large restrictor-about 3/16-1/4inch, where on the taka motorsports website they say to use a restrictor size of .06 for t25/t28 and .03 for gt ball bearing turbos. on my banjo bolt the hole appears to be the same size as the restrictor recommended for t25/28(will this restrict the oil?)... do i need to get the restrictor inlet that taka offers??

here are some pictures of my banjo bolt on the block side.(will this restrict the oil?)

or would i need to get a smaller inlet restrictor from taka?
0.06 Oil Restriction Inlet Fitting
0.06 oil restriction. Oil inlet fitting for T25/T28. Output is -3 AN male flare

remember my current inlet fitting is about 3/16 to 1/4 inch, but the hole on the banjo bolt looks to be .06(hard to measure inside the bolt)

Yes the stock restrictor is to big, unless you have bad oil pressure.
you should get a smaller restrictor, size depends on oil pressure or volume off oil you move. If the turbo is new go with the recommended size. .040 .050 IIRC

I went with .035 and there's a shit load of oil moving through the return. oil changes now include extra steps for me. *noid*
