NTB!!! s13 left front arms/suspension

hey guys. i just crashed my car into the curb. i was driving normally on a left turn and some water happened to be there. i spun out and i countersteered to much and hit the curb. it was pretty hard and miraculously, nothing was damaged besides my front left parts. im not sure wat parts are damaged right now cuz it just happened 10 minutes ago while i was going home from work. so tomorrow morning im going to go check it out at where i left it.
im wondering if anyone local to me has any s13 front end parts/arms that they have laying around. i need these parts but im not sure wat is damaged so far.

I'm not local, but I have the parts and will ship if you want. Let me know, I have all the S13 front suspension minus knuckles and crossmember.

ok guys i found out wat i need.
i need a lower control arm and a tension rod. any1 have these things lying around?
