So if i was just going to do a 300zx front brake conversion and not the back brakes, would i still need to get the 300zx master cylinder. Also if i need the master cylinder will it just bolt on to the stock s14 brake booster?

If your going to use the factory brake system of another nissan vehicle it's probably a good idea to use the master cylinder also. If you were going to just use the front calipers you could probably get away with the 240 master cylinder.

break is smash
brake is stop

for front only, use 15/16 master cylinder from an automatic s14.

fyi, since the rear caliper piston is the same size in the s14 and z32 the pedal feel will be the same no matter which caliper you have. the brake balance will be shifted rearward with the z32 caliper obviously.
