I am receiving a code 55 on my ECU. Has anyone ever had this code before and what was the cause after you had it diagnosed?
I am not sure if it has something to do with my car sputtering under boost.

Thanks

As you can see, I did some homework prior to posting.

There are two digits in each code. Count the long flashes, then the short flashes (only count how many times the light is ON) and you'll have a 2 digit code. These codes are covered in the service manual.

Where is that list of codes from? I just got a code 55 as well but on this link it says all is well:

http://www.ka24development.com/ecu_codes.html

The list is a Probable 'trouble code' cause for Nissan vehicles 1984 and later

A Code 55 means the ECU diagnostic mode does not detect any errors.

So, either everything is working correctly or the ECU isn't receiving any malfunction feedback from any of the sensors.
